Anne has been working with my daughter for 3 weeks now. They are reviewing material for the SAT writing exam my daughter plans to take in May. Over the last few weeks I have seen great improvement in my daughter's comprehension skills, as well as the speed in which she completes the questions. Anne takes the time to explain why certain choices are better than others and provides insight as to what the question was trying to prove. My daughter was reluctant to hire a tutor at first, but she enjoys working with Anne very much and sees it as a dedicated time to prepare for her exams every week. Anne is always very complimentary and positive in her feedback, which has increased my daughter's confidence in how she can perform on the SATs. These exams are so stressful and Anne is definitely giving her a little room to breathe. We are so happy to have found her! 3/24/13 Update My daughter has been working with Anne for 6 sessions now. She has gained alot of confidence in her ability to perform well on these difficult questions. Anne has helped her learn strategies to make quick decisions and has given her alot of optimism as to how she will do on the exam.

My daughter has only worked with Anne for two 90-minute sessions so far, but is already feeling more confident about the SATs. Anne is teaching her great test taking strategies including how to pick the best "right answer". grammar tricks, and reading comprehension. She also spends time each session covering Math topics that will be on the test, reviewing how to solve specific types of equations, etc.
